Engaged by Mirvac and working in close consultation with Mirvac’s leasing agents Cadigal and Knight Frank, Studio P3 were engaged to create six differentiated speculative suites within Angel Place a premium Sydney CBD environment across 5,700m2.

The project incorporated the development of marketing packs and associated benchmarking supportive of the leasing of the environments.
